WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT

Pick-Up from Store:   At the time of delivery, you are supposed to check if the product you ordered is not broken or has any manufacturing fault. Electronics components are supposed to be sell as it is, and there is no warranty we offer on these products (Unless specifically mentioned on the product link). No claim will be entertained in case you bring back the faulty equipment’s.

Door Step Delivery: In the unlikely event that a product is broken upon arrival or you receive a wrong product, then replacement will be issued after return of the broken item. We strongly advise that you check your item before paying the rider. In case of advance payment please inform us within two day after receiving the product.

SALEZONE.PK has the right to disapprove any return warranty claims if the item is damaged, altered or modified in any way due to misuse, abuse, attempted repair etc. or if item is damaged due to liquid or moisture exposure, also if the item is damaged due to voltage fluctuations.

All the necessary and sufficient details have been mentioned on product page, in case there is anything unclear please ask our live chat agents or call us on given numbers for clarification. No return will be accepted if you ordered the wrong products or product doesn’t fullfil your project requirements.

In Case of Warranty Items:

Your warranty is only valid under normal use of your device. All man-made damages and any of the following conditions are out of free warranty, but a repair can be still implemented at your own cost:

  • The warranty period has expired.
  • Damage caused by human factors, including damages caused by usage under improper operating environment or not sticking to the user manual;
  • The customer disassembles repairs or modifies the device without the Company’s authorization.
  • Damage caused by a force major (such as water, fires, earthquakes and lighting);
  • The user is unable to provide the warranty card.
  • External damage (including wear, tear, and scratches) are not entitled to the warranty service.
  • If the product requires repair since water enters the device or it is seriously damaged by human factors, the customer needs to sign the repair agreement.
  • All components, parts and accessories replaced during the warranty period shall become the property of the Company.

 

Considerations for Sending the Product for Repair and Collecting It.

  • When completing the Repair Form, the customer must fill in valid information in clear handwriting as required (name, address, phone number and fault symptoms).
  • Before sending your device for repair, please back up all information.
  • The Customer shall collect Product by presenting the Company Invoice. In case the Customer loses the Company Invoice., the Customer shall go through the loss reporting procedures with his/her personal ID or valid proof of identity before collecting the product.
